Anybody working in must be held accountable for their actions if at any point they have placed a vulnerable person at risk, or caused neglect or abuse. There should also be more protection for those who πŸ’¬

One of my favourites is β€œsocial admission” which makes an inpatient stay sound more like a weekend away with friends than a prime example of how an integrated should mean an improved experience all - people, patients, & staff.
