To my NHS colleagues out there, how do you support your teams with their mental health? Do your colleagues know they can talk? What do you do differently? Anyone interested in working together as managers to help make a change for all??

I so wish you could make a difference here, in the U.S.A. about mental illness. I feel that they don't really take the disease seriously. I had problems since the 80's & possibly before. It's always been a uphill battle trying to get people to understand.

On Mothering Sunday, please remember to look after all your loved ones. If they are suffering with mental health issues; bereavement; menopause; addiction in the family, seek out external support - DON’T let it end in suicide like my mum ❤️🙏
