How I went from 2:15HM > 1:47HM in a few months 📅ran consistently each week (4 times) 🏃‍♀️ran very slowly for most runs (9min/mil or slower) 🏃‍♀️trained close to race pace once a week, worked up to running this for 90mins+ 🛌rested well the week b4

We set a goal for lockdown no2 that by the end of it we’d complete a half marathon race and we did it! Four weeks of training, increasing with 3k each week we did a 12k, 15k, 18k and yesterday finished with a 21.1k run 👏🏻🥳
