This makes me sad. This is a spot that homeless people often go under to shelter from the weather. Now I see have put a planter there to stop that.. I do hope they’ve been advised where they can go to stay dry

Advances are not a solution to the 5+ week wait, especially to those facing . An advance is a loan that has to be repaid. Why is this a problem? Because it leaves people with even less money when the first payment does *eventually* come through >
