I have narrowed down coffee as an issue for my I definitely feel a reaction from that, so I need to give it up. Have given up most cheese too.Might try cottage cheese + mozzarella eventually. Praying that I can keep eating beef. If not will try more seafood

Do you struggle with ? This could also be linked to . Histamine requires to be broken down and excreted. Without them, histamine piles up and symptoms show.

Fyi: ? exacerbates Lupus!?. High : tomatoes, eggplant, spinach, aged cheeses, etc., fermented foods ex: kimchi. Histamine is in Foods (I didn't know), symptoms are flu-like, allergy like, spasms, a *charlie horse* in gut.
