Historic moment in Skopje. Parliament just ratified the historic Agreement between 🇲🇰 and 🇬🇷. Constitution now changed; 81 out of 120 voted yes, no votes against. Ball now moves to where parliament also has to ratify. Soon “fYRoM” will be renamed North
