I in honor of my dad. I was so blessed to have him as my dad. He’s the one that taught me to be strong and to appreciate each moment that I have with my loved ones. This is such a hard month for me 😭just trying to stay positive and focus on the good times.

Alzheimer's is the most common form of dementia. It affects 50 million worldwide with 10 million new cases diagnosed each year. Biological changes in the brain can start decades before cognitive or clinical symptoms become apparent. Know anyone affected?

My oldest son consoled me when I lost my father. My youngest son had great courage to sing “Amazing Grace “ at his funeral. When you look behind you & see your children crying at a military funeral for their “Pa”💜💜 it’s heartbreaking. I for my Father

June is Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month. I in honor of my Grandma. Like so many other caregivers, I watched as my loved one fought this terrible disease. Now, it’s our time to pick up the fight, because together we can .

I In honor of my grandma that passed away from Alzheimer’s 2 years ago. It was the hardest thing to see the person I loved the most forget who I was, but I will never forget her because all the beautiful moments will forever live in my heart.

Lost my beautiful mom to Alzheimer’s this January. She was only 63. She loved to sing, play piano, and knew everything about pop culture. She had a wonderful sense of humor, amazing voice, and was so beautiful. Every day is hard without her.

Happy to be wearing a purple tie today in honor of awareness. For me, it’s personal - this terrible disease has claimed members of my own family. Thinking of all other families today trying to cope with the challenges and pain.
