Intraparenchymal extravasation of mimicking an enhancing brain tumor. Early and accurate recognition of extravasation is critical in obtaining the accurate diagnosis and triaging patients expeditiously into proper avenues of care.

I’m 64 years old and I’ve had numerous MRI’s with Gadolinium-based contrast since I was in my 20’s. In the past 5 years, alone, I’ve had 42 mm of and my health is horrible because of it!

Recommendations for (Gd) use in : 👉Gd is highly recommended for diagnosis 👉Gd IS NOT recommended for routine MRI monitoring in clinically stable MS pts 👉Gd is recommended for MS pts on DMT with suspected active MS A.Rovira for MAGNIMS

WHAT? 😳 “Previous research has found that gadolinium from MRI scans can enter municipal wastewater systems in urine excreted by patients after their MRI scans, as gadolinium is not typically removed at wastewater treatment plants”
