Popped to a boiler fault on the way home, not seen a service in years. Owners been relighting the pilot every 20mins or so, didn’t understand why it kept going out. Casing seal was also missing. Between me and the pilot assembly... we may have just saved their lives! 😱

⚠️ Carbon monoxide poisoning can be fatal. It's a gas that you can't see or smell. Unsafe gas appliances can release carbon monoxide. 🚨 It's a good idea to install a carbon monoxide alarm to warn you if it detects a leak.

Called out this afternoon as had their smart meter fitted today and couldn’t relight their boiler.... I’m glad they couldn’t too.! Maybe a few more years in this.....👌 Guess the boiler....?!
