Please withdraw GSTR 9 & (C for the year 2017-18 & 2018-19. Allow one time revision of GSTR 3B from beginning & all those mistakes can be rectified & cancel RCM with retro effect for all classes of taxpayers. Make things simple & Smooth.

Blocking e way bill for non filing of GST return is like school prinicipal deciding to discontinue bus service to the student for not doing homework... CBIC need to rethink. Aim should be to discourage non compliance and not doing business itself.

Invoice matching concept is absurd till the entire GST mechanisms works in an ideal way. Scrap IT based Invoice matching system for two year, don’t kill GST by tax greed.

Luxurious Goods such as vitrified, ceramic tiles, Marble, Quartz stone, Granite including many more were fetching 28% under VAT (including ED) and they have been reduced to 18% under GST. Hence can consider the rate hike for all the luxurious categories.

Again begins review of rates. Why cant they understand, that need of the hour is giving good and not review of rates. Tomm even if rates come down to 5%, still if you dont have good you will end paying late fees only.
