This is somewhat misleading! Based on the JCO paper there is no statistical difference between the Cisplatin and Gemzar arm compared to the Cisplatin Gemzar and Veliparib arm in metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma with BRCA mutations.

Furthermore the BRCA2 mutated subgroup is pulling the OS and PFS curve to the right. Is it possible that if we selected out BRCA2 mutated subgroups in the Phase III Abraxane and Gemzar or the Phase III FOLFIRINOX study that we would have a similar outcome?
