Our leaders need to believe in their youths and give them the opportunity to grow and SERVE. The youths in Africa are ready to bring about the desired change but we just need an enabling environment to make that happen.

R3b. The only blame goes to lack of planning, pro-activities, data sciences, and a fixed mindset in some of our leaders. Based on current projections, only 3-5 million jobs will be created for the 10-12 million eligible youth

A8: From somebody who has traveled extensively across Africa; our generation wants to make things happen. We are not bystanders. Thus, its important to make the systems work for us. Not everyone wants to be an entrepreneur & that shdn't be the only solution.

Great point on overhauling the education system!For this to be effective it's paramount that there is constant engagement btwn Ministry of education & the private sector institutions to have a better understanding of the skills required by labor market
