This is a very, very big deal. (in the Atlanta suburbs) has moved *sharply* to the left. Per data (): 2012: 60-38 Romney 2016: 51-45 Trump 2018: 50-49 Abrams It's also one of the most diverse districts held by a Republican

People have been talking about this since early in the '18 race. Journalists have written about it. But nothing gets done because the GOP is completely corrupt.

I added Floyd, Houston, Peach, and Oconee counties to the gov-by-city map. Kemp won Rome by a narrow margin, 51.6 to 47.1, and Warner Robins was very tight (it's unclear who won it, but my estimate is Kemp by 57 votes).

Stacey Abrams' Chief of Staff telling someone else it's "time to move on" when Stacey still hasn't conceded the race she lost in November by 50K votes is incredibly rich.

Stacey Abrams trailed Brian Kemp by a full 1.4% of the vote in the 2018 election. It wasn't even close!

As I said many times at the time, Brian Kemp and the GOP were stealing the election in plain sight.

This is soooo weird... It's like she actually doesn't know she lost and isn't Governor. I don't know if someone should say something or not... Perhaps some sort of intervention is in order?

Ok so I'm sorry to ask this on Twitter, but: were there irregularities in that support the claim that Republicans stole this specific election, or is the claim based on pre-existing voter suppression schemes + her opponent was the SoS?

Stacey Abrams (D) blamed her 1.4 point loss for on an imaginary made up voter suppression conspiracy theory. What will she blame her upcoming 5 point loss to David Perdue (R) on? Aliens?

A person would think that Stacey Abrams walking around saying she won an election that she lost by 60,000 votes would generate more negative interest on the left. I thought they were all about preserving public trust in elections! Guess not.

In 2014, when there were possible runoffs for both & , we discussed the serious drop in D performance in Georgia runoffs. However, things may have gotten better: In '08, Ds went from -3 to -15. In last year, it was -0.4 to -4

This FL GOP proposal is a step in the wrong direction. Election administrators should not themselves be separately elected partisan officeholders, since it creates blatant conflict of interests like Georgia GOP SoS Brian Kemp's banana republic schemes to win his 2018 race
