When thinking of ‘building a score’ as a theme in Gaelic football, here are some sub-themes that we can work on in training. What sub-theme is most important? Which one are you most adept at coaching?? Do you focus on one more than another based on your opponent?

Disappointed to see a Cromane-Glenbeigh/Glencar Ladies coach abuse the referee this evening against Laune Rangers Ladies .. brought the referee to tears. Not needed, especially when you consider it was an U12 girls CHALLENGE game ... 🤯

Building a score: Brilliant goal by Donegal. Great patience shown, change point of attack multiple times, reset play by entering & exiting the 45 to draw Galway out & they ‘free the D’ to create space around the goal. Which is most important in creating the score??

“We do not pass to move the ball, we pass to move the opposition” Pep Guardiola. I think it’s implied that he means to move the ball and ourselves to move the defence. Galway goal against Donegal this year is evidence that they’ve improved in this regard.

Eamonn Sweeney makes a valid point in today’s independent. If it’s not safe to have 500 attend a match. How can government say it will be safe to reopen in schools where up to 1000 pupils may attend some secondary schools in a few weeks
