The graph meant to not show the difference in fuel prices but the difference between % increase in fuel prices... I.e. For Petrol from 71.41₹ to ~80₹ is 13% rise which is low as compared to previous > 70% rise (from ~40₹ to 71.41₹), as per graph..

Cut all fuel allowances/TA to PM, all central ministers, MP's and MLA's..make them all pay for their fuel expenses from their salary. See how quickly petrol/diesel are brought under GST.The fact is they dont feel the pinch.
