I did a shop today, including some items for the To get to the collection point I had to walk around an older woman & her daughter in the express queue. Finished I turned to see them watching me. 'Thank you', they both said. I wanted to cry 💔 🌹

This July was turned away from a session. It emptied in 45 mins. Was told I should have been there before it opened as there were 'queues around the corner'. It's like the Great Depression 2019 for the poorest only. 5 more years of Tories = mass starvation

My 1st visit: Raining. Took the pushchair out. Had a panic attack. Asked a friend to babysit my 20mo so she wouldn't see me that way. I felt so ASHAMED to be in need. That day I wished I'd had a will. If I had secured my child's guardian, I would have killed myself. 🆘

People are recommending their friends DM me to find out how they can obtain vouchers. I'm just so deeoly saddened they're turning to Twitter to find me. I did say months ago it's impossible for many to navigate and access foodbanks. Campaigns not working clearly.

To warm & well is a challenge for many even with a roof over your head. Poverty affects access to both food and fuel. Gift donations of fleecy PJ's or blankets, tote socks, hot water bottles & slow cookers for families are appreciated
