6 years down the line and it’s amazing how many times I’ve had to explain what endometriosis is, it’s so unbelievably painful. I’ve spent the past 2 hours sobbing and barely able to move because it’s that bad😢.

Planning my day with - I decide how much (or little) I can do when I wake up each morning, sometimes doing too much can bring on a flare () so I try to have a few different plans ready for the day so I can prioritise what I need to get done each day.

Energy 4/10 Emotions 6/10 Holding from yesterday. It's on these kind of days when it is the most tricky to know whether to push on or rest. It is such a thin line between relapse and recovery.
