Op Darwen. Unfortunately day shift were committed helping response. Pm shift had all the traffic cars out and in 3 hours had 2 bikes failing to stop at 100mph overtaking on solids around bends. 6 number plate offences, 2 cannabis possessions, 3 vehicle seizures + tickets.
