Good grief. Trump now says there’s a “humanitarian” crisis on border. Ummm...he created that by instituting , “turnbacks” & shutting down asylum seekers. Reverse those policies...crisis fixed! Meanwhile, 800K workers suffer b/c of “vanity wall.”

Just a reminder to all you Trump-enabling Republicans— because I know some of you follow this thread: While you enjoy with your families, there are thousands of children in cages, who can’t even give their parents a hug.

A 7 year old died of shock and dehydration under U.S. government custody last week. CBP must be held responsible for this human rights violation, and DHS Secretary Nielsen must step down immediately.

When we arrived at Karnes Detention Center there was something serious enough going on that there was a sniper out front. When I asked about what was going on, I was told it was a drill.

Add it to the pile of 's lies. An Executive Order they choose not to follow. He didn't mean it, anyway. is just another to frighten away desperate people who need asylum by making them risk the price of losing their children.

The Administration’s policy is a stain on our nation’s conscience. Every mother and every father who loves their children should feel the pain that these children and their parents are experiencing.
