Every day you’re using Facebook, you’re voting with your presence and attention for “more of this please”. Make 2019 the year you start doing less of that. If you’re unable to quit entirely, cut back. If you’re a business, consider going .

I quit Facebook a few months ago and it’s been beautiful. I highly recommend it, and encourage you to push past all their manipulative messages about how your friends will miss you. Just delete that shit and reach out to friends IRL. Your life will be better for it.

for over a year and don’t miss it at all. Once upon a time, it was about family and friends, now it’s all about money. When is enough, enough??

It is such a lovely feeling to deactivate Facebook for a while, so Twitter and Instagram only, and see how I get on :)

I wish there was a label called for companies that don’t use or buy any ads from Facebook or it’s suite of apps. Kinda like for beef. I would certainly shop accordingly.

Finally deleted Facebook...long time overdue..Facebook and Google make money from selling your data and tweaking their algorithms to target and manipulate you. It’s that simple.
