RT : Many great stories have been presented during ES Deep Dive… My favorites are “Introducing ES in large bank” by Michał and “Using ES for leaving home with 4 years old child” by Maciek I’m waiting for more stories next weeks :)

I’m exhausted after an intense day where I run a workshop. The reticence of some broke up and were transformed before lunch in: ”we should have done that 2 months ago !” Thanks your Leanpub in progress book helped a lot.

Started practicing (remotely!) as a way to engage more people and have more results and fun compared to lone sessions in Conflu and walking to every stakeholder :> Seems promising though still much to learn

So a guiding heuristic for would for me might be to resist temptation of why events occur and focus on how. Use these in the context where you model something that is anyway there like a big picture or process.

Tables are for local design level discovery in small groups. I’m using magic chart sheets, so we can embed selected processes in main model on the wall “Split the people, merge the software”

We lack the knowledge to plan ahead, heuristics mapping might help here but have not tried. Focus here is on making a plan, not sharing knowledge and engineering a solution). I like to do a big picture just before to increase that knowledge. 3/4..
