You clearly don't travel on very often in the morning. They even tell you to arrive between 45-60 minutes before the departure time nowadays. 20 years ago 30 minutes was fine. Business is booming on their routes. Not a bad thing I suppose.

Nicknamed Zebedee it was the test bed for the working off 3rd rail. The large sprung bogies carried high speed 3rd rail pick ups which powered 73205 whose own shoes were removed. With the Departmental 4TC, it was tested at high speeds on the southwest mainline

To compensate for a 2h delay, Eurostar offered points instead of money to my MIL, and gave her a lot less in value!! Do NOT accept points as compensation as they won't change it now and say that if it is points, they don't have to respect the 25% value EU law...
