The biggest thing for coaches, ATs, and people who are around athlete's as much as those 2 groups are, is making mental health a part of regular conversation! Should be no different than asking them how an injury is feeling.

Sometimes I think that what the mental health movement needs is a significant media campaign where each psychiatric disorder is explained in plain terms with the aim being to once and for all remove the remaining stigma and misconceptions of all conditions.
