According to Human rights and anti FGM activist it is important to put men at the forefront of Advocacy because they are key people in decision making. That way, they won't request for circumcised women nor encourage their wives to cut their daughters again.

fgm has lasting physical and mental consequences that we are educating our communities so that girls &women no longer have to suffer in silence. Many parents no longer wants their daughters to be circumcised because they have been sensitized.
