We are often too hard on ourselves. We overthink, self pity and compare each time we open these social media platforms. We have anxiety over who's doing better. Its toxic but we continuously do it. It's hyper comparison paired with hyper consumerism.

I can show another person even if I do not necessarily like them. It is possible to adore someone I initially was unsure about in the beginning. Moving in the opposite direction is brutal.
