3) It’s also strange that 4 over 3 decades, 1000’s of members of the Public were DUPED into reporting suspected 2 Guardianship Boards/Tribunals, as they didn't have the jurisdiction 2 determine whether or not Abuse occurred therefore, EA allegations were not tested!

If is a 'Critical Issue' in Australia, why isn't it critical enough for it to be a Criminal Offence reportable to Police, where allegations will be investigated, charges will be laid and perpetrators punished if allegations are substantiated?
