Next year marks 10 years since I started my journey. I don’t know if I’ll ever feel TRULY at home in this body, but it’s the only one I’ve got so I’ll try to get back to my fitness routine, I’ll put on the damn swim suit and I’ll enjoy summer.

So I made toast. And then I chose to not eat it because it was 11pm and not necessary and I kept talking myself into it--and that's how I knew it was a bad idea. And the thought of *not* eating it and getting to post about it here felt constructive.
