Question for the other peeps out there affected by the cancellation shambles...has *anyone* got through yet? Been on hold for 1.5 h and am thinking this is totally pointless? If anyone has managed to get sorted pls let us all know. Or maybe can enlighten us??

Clearly no forward planning - all Bristol flights Sat pm cancelled - but no one in call centre - been holding on phone for 2 hours - no online support either.

My son Daniel Knowles has left his iPhone in magazine rack of flight EZY1812 seat no 18F today. I have tracker on his phone and can see that it's inside the terminal at Manchester airport T1. Please advise how I can retrieve asap.

- Flights to Lanzarote - how come other carriers can land but only easyJet can't and now have diverted back home. Now you have also cancelled the return flights and left passengers stranded. Explain please

is really crap, cancelled flight which they didn't tell us about. Website broken, not answering the phone. You can hear them resetting the phone calls, presumably so that can claim better response time stats. nice touch.

If your EasyJet flight is cancelled you r entitled to a free flight with another provider. EasyJet are omitting to tell passengers this. Last weekend we were told we could fly from Bologna to the UK with a different provider @ a cost to us of 500 Euros each.

so the only flight home is to Liverpool...how did you expect us to get back to Luton? Walk? You won’t reimburse a taxi so you’d have preferred us to stay in Berlin until the next Luton flight on Friday? Another 4 nights at cost to you? Insane.
