Children are getting so little movement that their proprioceptive & vestibular senses aren't developing. If you think that's not a big deal, think again! They need to spin, roll, swing, run, & hang upside down!

When a child asks an adult to put down her phone & listen w/her "whole face," she's letting us know what she needs most! Positive reinforcement isn't about heaping praise & rewards on children. It's about paying attention to them!

According to , the avg American kid spends just 4-7 mins/day in unstructured play outdoors! Why is that considered ok? This sort of nonsense is taking a terrible toll on our children & will most certainly impact the future!
