The non-appearance of Nigerian Police & SARS before the State Judicial Panels in Anambra & Akwa Ibom is deeply worrying. It deeply affects the capacity of the Panels to do its work and robs victims of Police brutality of a chance to present their cases and get justice

4. Femi Abdullah - last known location was Kola Ijaiye Ayinla police station Lagos (possibly unrelated to ) - Oct 15th 5. Omoijade Ikechukwu Okoruwa - he was reported to be arrested in either Surulere or Festac - 12th of October.
