pearl on atypical chest pain by chief : Of 20,881 pts in GRACE ACS registry, 8.4% presented without chest pain. These pts had greater hospital morbidity and mortality (13% vs 4.3%; p < 0.0001) than pts with typical symptoms (Brieger 2004)
