MC firework injuries are to the hands followed by eyes and from sparklers which burn up to 1200F! Burn pts are trauma pts.

What does high dose insulin/euglycemic therapy (HIET) do in BB/CCB overdose? Increases carbohydrate delivery to the heart, increases Na+/Ca2+ exchange to increase Ca2+ to heart, ?increases IGF1-R induced Ca2+ release
