Hope this climb inspires anyone with Dystonia to get out there and enjoy the mountains, no matter how difficult it might be to deal with the disorder.

I’d forgotten how exhausting it is to host a bunch of folks all by myself—and it was just an hour visit, phew. 😓

consists of making the most of my "windows" when I feel ok. Getting out early in the morning. A lot of resting. Visits to my neuro for botox and nuerosugeon to refill my Baclofen pump. A sense of humor.

Just hanging out with my sister's little dog. I am not having a good day so I am resting and cuddling puppies. I guess it could be worse 😉

I'm already freaking about senior pictures because of my Dystonia. Locked ligaments are not cute.

Dystonia is very real and everybody's story is different. I have exercise induced paroxysmal dystonia. It challenges everything that makes me me. Doctors tell me to give up some of my favorite things. I take it as a challenge.

I read this book recently...it had so many Biblical truths in it..this one hit home for me. God understands...and so do I- all too well. Even my doc will never be able to understand
