on : Either they are currency or they are new debt. My answer: they are debt, if we are talking about small size treasury bond then of course they are debt. However it's not NEW debt because they stem from existing State debit vs suppliers or vs citizens.

IMO, 3 Reasons that 'needs' the market higher till fall: 1) TLTRO3 set to begin in September (you know how that works...). Banks are in BIG trouble... 2) Next Meeting after July 25 will be September 12 3) wont quit his job at a market low!

caught me in a nice, rinse, centrifuge and spit out cycle. First thought LTRO = depo rate +10bp was quite hawkish, but after he said in the presser GC members raised the topic of cutting rates and restarting QE, I think today's rally was unfounded after all.
