I am finding out that diversity and inclusion sector is just as exclusive as the industry can be. You think people want to help and support you but in fact they just want free consultancy and to use you to promote themselves. Not inclusive at all! 😣

I love flying our national carrier as much as the next person. NZers are most tattooed per capita in the world. Ta moko and tatau are sacred to Maori and Pacific culture, wearing them should not be a disadvantage. Time to revisit the tattoo policy?
