The last 2 weeks have been so bad that I took no more than 2 showers. I didn't even take one last week, not until tonight. Is this gross? Yeah. But one thing it's not is lazy. It's the reality of . Some people still think depressed people are lazy. STOP saying this.

Dont ever feel that you are not "muslim enough" if you are facing depression. But being a muslim stops you from being killed due to depression (in other words, controls you from committing suicide) Be strong!
