"Intuitively, anecdotally, and scientifically, PowerPoint may be the worst business tool ever created" I really want to hear a response from the Product Manager. Really.

We've all experienced with slides covered w/words, graphs, tables, etc. But Geoffrey is wrong. While I wouldn't use them for a keynote or talk, presentations with pictures that connect your key concepts visually can stir emotion; aid retention.

Brilliant. Walked into the Perth Concert Hall and there was some sort of conference going on. Filled my pockets with pens, had a free cake and a cuppa then legged it as they called time for the second half of the venue 🍰🍰☕☕ 😊

"It's been a fabulous session, I haven't fallen asleep at all!" Been given that feedback twice in the last week. Made me think: 1. Some people teach really badly 2. Doctors are generally v tired 😂

Is it just me or perhaps it’s just a modern trend but far too often you go to a meeting but are allowed no input just asked to sit and listen to a presentation surely that is not a meeting or in any way good communication
