If HMRC had taken action against the schemes when it was filed in Tax returns to HMRC about the loan, what stopped HMRC then? Now kill working class for HMRC's incompetence, serves well for Elite boot lickers. HMRC top bosses were bribed by Scheme promoters to sleep on job

HMRC have used this information to track the take-up of avoidance schemes, challenge individual schemes in the courts if HMRC have assessed that they do not work in the way the promoter claims, or to address unintended loopholes in the law that some schemes seek to exploit.
