Back from vacation, so back to . Shoulders aching from so much swimming so decided to hit live beginner workout. Didn't get my HR up, but did notice I've become a lot more flexible for roundhouse kick.

I needed to hit the mat early this morning trying to get myself motivated. This was to get moving, get the energy flowing again. This just proves to me 1 day not eating great has a massive negative effect! one ice cream & two gluten loaded Yorkshire puddings!!! Grrrr

Life Saving Weight Loss Apr 22
Tomorrow I’m either going to drop dead or get one hell of a workout in. I’m walking 1-mile first thing early in the morning, followed by then at 2:00pm I’ll walk about 1-mile followed by the Punching Bag & Weightlifting that evening. Workout schedule until (6/1/19).

Just realised I've just passed the 6 months stage of doing . I'm down 42lbs and my one year target was 100lbs so I've got to pick it up a bit more to reach it.
