My mind was somewhere else yesterday, most obvious reason would be the failed job interview. I‘m not the kind of person that likes to talk positive about myself, which is why it probably seems like I lie a lot. Super disappointed in myself, but it‘s whatever.

18thNov. 2019: Couldn’t sleep at all, but at least I had time to put make up on my face. I try really hard to stay positive throughout the day. Just have to remind myself that it’s alright to be in a bad mood too.

17thNov. 2019: After a long time and a lot of stressful panic attacks I finally had the balls to travel via train again and I’m not ashamed to say: I’m freaking proud of myself. I’m making progress, even if that’s something I’m afraid of.

The skill known as ‘STOP’ can be useful when emotions surge & strong urges come (eg: an urge to shout, send many texts or self-harm). I find this skill really helpful, but sometimes need a reminder. My video about ‘STOP’ >

Is it a thing to feel like you don’t fit in the world? That circles back to validation (or lack thereof) right? Anyone else experience this? I feel perpetually askew, close to fitting but not snug, cozy, or safe. And it’s exhausting trying to constantly realign.
