With less than a year, the support for the PC government is eroding. Wonder why; well we think it's pretty simple. Ontarians don't support cuts to public education.

With the number of teachers declared surplus at about 2,500, your post lacks candour and flies in the face of reality. Fix the broken policy before it destroys education and the lives of our high school students in Ontario

Students are paying a heavy price for Ford's cruel cuts to education as is the Province & all of us too because of this undermining of our educational system. And how politically stupid does one have to be to directly assault the lives of soon to be future voters?

The blatant lies in this response are insulting. Annual lay offs of 193 from Peel are not a thing. Stop manipulating the numbers to fool people. The budget has been cut, teachers lost their contracts (193), student class size increased and massive cuts to courses.

These children are suffering at the hands of this corrupt government. Our kids deserve a chance to take the courses they want, and for students to get the resources and support they need. That's how you measure student success.... not EQAO scores.

I don't know what's more alarming - that you send out this letter full of blatant lies to combat the truth of your cuts, or that you haven't taken the time to understand, or care, how the annual staffing process works. Massive layoffs ARE NOT NORMAL.

Got back from a parent council meeting. I don't even know how to adequately express my dismay with this right now. Willing to talk ear off right now because my MPP is a useless clapping seal that supports hurting kids.
