whatever you do don't travel with northern. They sell you tickets then take off trains and provide no alternative transport and customer service then hang up on you. No responsibility for their service.

I just want to say know how to do customer service. I had an issue with a box of 20 tea bags. They send us a new one. It arrived today. It was 100! 100 TEABAGS & a little free sample of ginger tea! This is how you do it! Other companies take note!

This hob came on Friday - opened box 2 hrs after to find a deep crack. has been slow with resolving this. The hob sits in my hallway. Calls unanswered and emails not responded to. When will I be able to start cooking?
