I am lifelong customer , I ordered for delivery special Thanksgiving gift for someone. I paid a considerable shipping fee guaranteeing delivery 11/22. With no notice, tracking now indicates 11/24 delivery. Unacceptable, inexcusable, extinct.

Quite disappointing that of even firms like provide standard reply, without understanding issue. Driver @ Bangalore airport, cheated, took toll in cash when it was included in fare. Exec says my fault, not the driver's.
