Hideous experience today. Treated like I was wrong about what I needed (I wasn’t) then that I was wrong about the price (I wasn’t) then that I was crazy for expecting a $75 delivery fee to cover actually delivering it to my home and not the floor below me.

Why is good so hard? To wit: couple weeks ago informed us of fraudulent charges on our card. Of course they handle the charges, but they also shut down our cards - where ALL of our automatic payments are set up. 1/6

A company shows its true colours when things go wrong for a customer. They either care or they don't. have disappointed me today. Tip- don't focus on telling customers what you can't do, tell them what you can do instead.
