8th graders took on the escape room today. 😳 Ss decrypted cave art by accurately answering review questions on ecosystems. 🌱🐻The challenge intensified when they had to utilize math vocabulary for the decryption. Ss showed grit today! 💪🏽

This morning we did some procedural writing about hand washing (health). Then, we made digital media (google slide) so that the whole school can see it when they pass the TV. We are making the most of each moment!

Task: draw only 1/2 of a symmetrical creation. Record steps for how to draw other half. Orally guide partner through drawing other half without seeing yours. = lots of giggles and aha moments. Explaining things is a lot harder than it seems!

4th grade got to explore the today! It was our first time trying them in music class. Students learned about conductivity and got to play pencil lead pianos and human bongos!
