In large longitudinal Danish cohort w/10,302 & 22,144 patients, investigators found that 15% of extraintestinal manifestations can precede onset. Should we have a low threshold for screening derm patients w/diarrhea for IBD?

If you’re battling with and terrified of getting a stoma bag, I get it. I did everything to avoid it, I didn’t want to be different. Had mine two years and I WISH I had it years sooner - would’ve saved a lot of pain, toilet roll and mental anguish. Big up the bag!
