Hands on for sentence structure! EAP working on comma placement when starting sentences with subordinating conjunctions. Weโ€™ve turned some of their ideas into sentence puzzles. Hmmm... where should that comma piece go?

KS1 are so inspired by their class elves. In 2CB she left instructions and motivational messages after break for the children linked to our Learner Profile. The impact on the children's writing is excellent. A lovely way of encouraging the children to be proud too.

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is... donating to others. An amazing effort by families, collecting toothbrushes and paste for disadvantaged children. Helping to load all of the presents into the van as a thank you

We did it! 2CB were very proud of themselves after completing their instructions for Santa. We put a photocopy of our work on the Showstopper board, and then put our writing in an envelope for Penny to take to the North Pole!
