Don't forget importance of things like seated calf raise bc iit allows isolation of soleus, which is a major restrictor of ankle mobility

Lying hip raises and clam shells etc are often performed very poorly (due to increased hip flexion and tfl utilization) may actually increase injury risk. Thus, for large groups, single leg support drills may be a better choice.
