Ultimately we need to reduce the amount of traffic to reduce air pollution. We need to encourage active travel and provide the infrastructure for people to make these changes.

I may have whooped when the myth about car drivers being protected from pollution and cyclists getting more exposed to it was busted. (I knew anyway but I like to whoop). Cycling wins 🙌🚲😂

Honourable Prime Minister, the govt should declare a medical emergency and issue health warnings on the permanent damage of air pollution. The air quality index in Lahore is 4 times that of what is considered unhealthy for humans (151).
