Convictions in sexual abuse cases are proof that under criminal model courts cases are heard in minimum time. This case has been heard in 4 months and accused is convicted under PPC 377 imprisonment for life along 50,000/- fine.

Furthermore, appeals have never been more than 46% funded (2014). Protection adds up to just 2,5% of all humanitarian spending, & adds up to just 0,53% of all humanitarian funding. Most of that funding is steered to UN agencies (~65%) & INGOS (~27%).
