disappointed to see little concern for small children as my 3 year old plus 5 month old in addition to several other infants stuck on tarmack for hour in 90 degree weather. Also concern my for possible damaged car seat at gate check not taken seriously.

If you don't mind I noticed something unsafe. Please tell the driver (Oga madam ?) to always ensure that a seat belt is used on the child when sat in the car and preferably let him sit on the back seat. first 😉
