When a person/company claims that a building/park is "inclusive" and they've provided disabled facilities so you ask "Does that include with a hoist etc?" and they pretty much ALWAYS ignore their needs saying "We can't cater to everyone!".

I LOVE that you have a facility which makes visiting your store with my daughter so much easier, but why do users have to find a member of staff in order to gain access to it please?

Got a point there! team have been very quiet 😕 Haven't seen anything from the charity who gave duff advice either - whoever told them that a mobile hoist is good for all has never met my teenager 😢

Titus Salt was famous for providing better sanitary for his workers. It's a shame that doesn't live up to his reputation. No toilets meant that Emily had to be changed on the dirty toilet floor! Theres plenty of room to add a hoist/changing bed.

Well done 👍 You'd be horrified by the number of venues who have no idea they have a 🙄 To proactively tell customers about yours is great 💞 ...but can we have one Northbound too please 🙏

The funding will see toilets at more motorway service stations across England. However, it is vital they are also available across the wider UK road network too
