One of the worst parts about having is getting glutened. Even cross-contamination can leave people with sick for days... and it’s miserable. I was glutened last night because the kitchen at my local didn’t understand Educate your staff.

There is an article floating around written by a travel agency with the title "gluten-free resorts." The article is very misleading as none of the resorts on the list are actually gluten-free. Always check your information sources if you have !
